pencil with 2-H lead; utility knife; extra blades for knife and X-acto;
stapler; bookbinder's awl OR push pin; bone folder; needle and
one spool (or more) strong thread (waxed linen, carpet, etc.);
scrap papers to protect work surface; 2 pieces mat board 5 ½"
square; 3 pieces thin cardboard or chipboard 4" square; 10 text
weight decorated papers 8½"x11"or larger (paste, marbled,
sponged, wrapping, etc.); 30 text weight papers for pages, 8½" x
11" (assorted colors, textures); misc. beads, strings, yarns, feathers,
trinkets, etc., to use as collage elements on finished projects; plastic bag
for trash.
OPTIONAL: Three-sided architect's ruler with 1/16" scale.
