S630. Schminke Masking Fluid 25ml
This colored masking fluid (blue) comes in a fine tip dispensing bottle.
Use it for mono-line lettering or strokes, let the masking fluid dry completely, over paint with watercolor. Once the watercolor is completely dry, rub off the masking fluid and the white paper shows where you used the fine tip to make letters or lines. Can be used with acrylic inks or other thin acrylic media as well. Ammonia free.
Use only on dry paper. Test each paper before starting on a project. Colored masking fluids can stain some papers. Fibers may pick on others when the making fluid is removed. Do not leave masking fluid on paper longer than two days. If dispensing tip becomes blocked, clean with a
pin or needle. Manufacturer recommends that you gently rub off masking fluid rather than trying to peel it off.

Michael Sull uses an ultrasonic cleaner to clean his nibs after use and has found his pointed nibs last 3 times longer! The ultrasonic motion will clean the residue off the nib body and out of slits.
This multi purpose tool can also be used for cleaning brushes to prevent build up of paint in the ferrule. It is also useful for clearing clogged fountain pen nibs.

These high quality brushes made from a mix of sable and synthetic fibres. They are ideal for water color and suitable for use with acrylic. For watercolor media, while today's synthetic brushes perform excellently, pure sable still has the edge. With a blend you can get a performance that is close to sable at a price that is close to synthetic. The blend of hair in Sceptre Gold II also gives you added benefits.
