Supplies for both classes Pens: Penholders and nibs (various types and sizes). Tools: Selection of diverse mark making/ writing tools (brushes, balsa wood, ruling pen, sticks, anything you can dip in ink); pencil (3H or 4H); hand pencil sharpener; triangle (metal if you have one; 8" minimum on one side); rulers (18" min): one see-through, red grid, and if you have one an aluminum ruler with a recessed non-skid backing (mm's rock); brushes (5-6 inexpensive mixing; several sizes pointed and flat for gouache).
