Patent True Gold Leaf out sells Loose Gold for us 10 to one. The reason is simple, the leaf is so much easier to work with because of the paper backing.We have recently located a source for patent imitation gold, imitation silver (aluminum)
and copper leaf.

Hematite Lipstick Burnisher

For burnishing raised gold to a mirror finish. Peter Thornton has worked closely with a German craftsman to produce this burnisher to his design and specifications. It is a lipstick shape with a slightly convex surface and rounded edges.
The tip is the prized, high quality soft hematite that is so sought after for burnishers. The tip is glued to an agate base.Approx 6".

Price increase May 2008 due to cost increase from European supplier.
