Michael Sull wanted a way to carry his oblique pen holders with the nib inserted. To that end, he designed this pen rollup made of soft, supple leather. The four pockets are extra wide (2-1/4") and deep enough to accommodate an oblique pen and protect the nib. The 8-1/2" deep pockets allow the holder to be completely enclosed. The top flap gives even more protection to the nib. Leather tie. Crafted in the USA.

rhythm and spacing between letters. This pad provides a
series of spacing exercises. 50 sheet pad. Includes
instruction.
In learning Spencerian Script, the skill of achieving consistent letter-spacing is as important as properly writing the letters. the traditional method of of practicing letter-spacing was through cross-drill exercises. This pad, designed by Michael Sull, consists of 50 sheets of a special cross-drill practice exercise. Included are thorough instructions. The tablet should be used for regular practice, one sheet per session.

Specially designed guidesheets for writing Spencerian Script. Excellent for practice work. Features the correct slant lines (for the proper letter-angle slant) and lines for the lowercase letter body heights (x-height) and for ascenders (such as l & k) and descenders (such as j & y) . There are two different pads with different x-heights so you can practice larger and smaller writing. (Beginners start with larger writing.) Includes 4 pages of instruction.
