Materials to Bring: Strathmore 400 Drawing paper - 11 x 14 pad (P100-11) or cut sheets (or similar); 2B pencil (S142) or darker; Speedball C-2 or C-4 (N09) pen and/or folded pen if you have it; non-waterproof black ink (sumi or other); Kuretake Vellum Writer black waterproof calligraphy marker or similar (M60, M06); medium round or pointed brushes or brush pen (FP57, BR38); 1 or 2 tubes of watercolor or gouache (warm and cool) or watercolor pan set (S808); matte medium; small palette (S679), ruler (S271) for tearing paper.

Recommended: A sheet or two of Arches 140# Hot Press watercolor or printing papers such as Rives BFK (PS91), Arches Text Wove (PS01) will take more moisture and layering; brushes, pens, writing tools you like. Extras: Bring your basic tool kit (xacto blade (S130, S417), scissors (S835), tape (S412), eraser, water containers (S784), lint free cloths (S817), towels, apron (APR31, APR37) etc) along with any favorite tools and media.
