1CDB1-Carol DuBosch

Jubilee Script Meets Parallel pen – 1CDB1 Carol DuBosch
(All Levels)

Jubilee script is casual and loose, yet artful and inventive. The letters are easy to learn and write with a parallel pen. This script is perfect for enve- lopes, cards, posters, titles or any- where that an extra bit of expressive pizzazz is needed. We will explore a variety of creative ways to invent alternative forms, and students are invited to make this script their own with new letter designs. We will bend old rules to craft new letters. Pilot Parallel Pen (6mm, blue cap)(FP67), 9"x12" layout bond (P10-100).

Carol is a frequent contributor to Bound & Lettered, including these issues: 12.2, 12.1, 11.3, 11.1, 10.4, and 8.3.

FP67. Pilot Parallel Pen
Pilot Parallel Pen

Extremely smooth writing from this pen, offering crisp edges and sharp hairlines. Nib point consists of two parallel metal plates and allows for lettering in two sizes. Use the 0.5mm edge for sharp, monoline writing or use the broad edge for calligraphic writing. You can also produce color-blended letters by touching ink from one pen to a second pen loaded with another color. Available in four sizes, includes one red and one black cartridge and a cleaning bladder.

Specify size:
1.5mm
2.4mm
3.8mm
6.0mm

Formerly available as code numbers:
