These classes are not hosted by John Neal Books.

The copperplate form is elegant and beautiful, but it is the delicately expressive capital letters which add so much to its grace. In this 2 day workshop, we will begin with the beautiful shaded stroke that gives this form its personality. Then a study of the many variations that will add to its personality, adding mirrored strokes, alternate entrance and exit strokes, repeating strokes and flourishes that will give us many options for design.
