In this workshop, Yukimi will demonstrate various lines and marks using different tools, some found in nature, as well as those made using both calligraphic and other writing instruments, to explore and find preferable tools that each student might find appealing. Then students will imitate dynamic forms in nature and natural objects to develop alphabets that correspond, writing texts with those letterforms influenced by the natural textures.
