Q: I want to apply gold leaf to part of a sterling silver pendant I am fabricating - do you recommend loose sheet gold leaf or the paper-backed? It has small curves and irregular surfaces!

  A: Sorry, we do not have experience with applying leaf to surfaces other than paper or calfskin vellum.
