  A: Hello! The Manuscript Shimmer Inks do not dry waterproof. They are designed for use in fountain pens, so the reflective particles that provide the "glitter" are finely ground. The result is a more subtle shimmer, not the bright glittery effect of Coliro Pearl Colors, Calligraphica Crystals, or metallic gouache from Holbein or Schmincke.
