Carol DuBosch will share a wide variety of fascinating techniques, interesting tricks, and convenient short cuts for scribes.
Carol’s many years as a free-lance lettering artist, author, and teacher have given her some very unique insights into the art and craft of calligraphy. The session covers some basics of page layout, working with contrasts, helpful hints when writing small, effective ways to make corrections, and many other topics of interest to scribes at all levels of experience. Carol will provide clear demonstrations, along with a 22-page PDF of notes and instructions for students. This workshop will offer ways to work smarter with practical solutions and creative ideas for calligraphers.
