S760. Kolner Miniatum (50ml).
Formulated for gilding on paper and other flexible surfaces. Will give full gloss finish. Ideal for gilding manuscripts. Similar to, but thinner than, Instacoll; some find it easier to use. Choose Clear or Yellow (most prefer yellow).
A note about Kölner jar fill levels
You may notice that recent Kölner jars look less full than ones you've bought before. Kölner has let us know that earlier jars were accidentally overfilled during hand-filling. Jars are now filled by machine to the correct 50ml. Rest assured, every jar we ship is new and sealed straight from the manufacturer. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help!

Archival Quality Gilding Size
An exceptional, acid-free gilding size that remains perfectly archival and crack-resistant.

Good stuff
I prefer Miniatum over Instacoll. It seems a bit more friendly to work with. For example, layering to get a smooth surface by adding about 15% water to the Miniatum. The flexibility of Miniatum is nice for durability. I am fairly new, so this may change and I will update if it does.
