Brause Calligraphy Nibs (Individual)

Likely a great nib, but as a beginner using the Foxglove ink, I could not get any ink to stay on the nib.

Glad to find these not-so-easy to find nibs. Nice experience.

these are my new favorite nibs. They write beautifully with very little pressure and the top reservoir keeps them filled for a long time and does not have the drip of the bottom reservoir tips...these will be all i buy from now on

I purchased this nib for a calligraphy class and I'm really happy with the quality and affordability! It shipped fast and I was able to get everything else I needed here, and in time for my class.

I got lots of different nibs to try lettering. I am trying to master the hybrid Celtic script as taught by Denis Brown. These nibs work well and the different widths mean I can try writing on different sizes of paper. Hoping to make some Celtic style Christmas cards .

Brause Bandzug nibs are the best for Old English (Gothic) since they have a chisel edge which is very important for precise letterform in gothic. These are very durable as well. Highly recommended.

For me, Brause nibs work the best. They are great nibs.

The Brause broad-edge nibs are my favorite nib for Italic, Blackletter (Gothic), Uncial, Foundational Hand, etc. They are sturdy and always well-made.
