These brand new inks were formulated by Paul Antonio with Hamburg Inks in Italy. This stunning Black Pointed ink was created specifically for pointed nibs. Formulated with balanced pigment and dye, you'll find that this beautiful ink can act like iron gall ink, darkening while drying but without the corrosive properties.

Much like the sepia ink, the smooth flow from nib to paper creates a more enjoyable practice experience. The nib will guide the ink, and your hairlines won't pull ink from your downstroke. This ink will also allow you to see your true hairlines and calligraphy. Paul's biggest goal with this ink was to create it so that you were inspired and encouraged to keep writing and practicing.

For all of the Hamburg x PAScribe inks, stir for the best results. Do not shake. Paul recommends stirring the ink with a coffee stirrer once a week. Starting from the edges and stirring to the center. The finely ground pigment will stay in suspension for approximately 1 week. Be sure to dip and flick excess ink back into the jar off the nib/writing tool. If you wipe on the edge you will send most of the dipped ink back into the jar.
