Description

Uncial is a beautiful, open and round historical alphabet. It is an all-majuscule alphabet, so it is a good beginning for anyone new to calligraphy while lending itself to fun variations for the more experienced calligrapher. We will explore traditional letter forms using ink as well as learn how to load watercolor into a broad-edge nib and achieve exciting color in our letters. We will also play with lay-outs and create a short quote using watercolor techniques.
