Welcome to Modern Storybook Script! This playful and unique alphabet has FUN written all over it!

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the step-by-step process of creating Kathy’s charming, playful, casual script alphabet that gives a fresh, modern twist to the traditional alphabet.

First, you’ll learn a series of simple strokes that will help you familiarize yourself with these whimsical letterforms; then you’ll proceed to lower case letters, upper case capitals and ligatures. You’ll learn how to see letters in a very different way, while playing with form and creating your own style! What could be more fun?

Then you’ll learn thoughtfully crafted names and phrases, using a series of exercises to help you develop rhythm and flow, and let’s add numbers and punctuation too!

You'll receive 8 hours of step-by-step, detailed instruction with lots of uplifting encouragement along the way. Add Kathy’s tips, tricks, terminology, project templates, time-saving hints, and so much more!
