N73. Gillott 290 Nib.

Small, delicate nib for very small script (x-heights under 1/16"). Requires very light touch to keep it from catching on the upstroke. Useful for retouching letters made with larger pens. The Gillott 290 is slightly finer than the Gillott 291. The 291 is probably more useful for script.

    These nibs are notoriously faulty - but the person who packed these nibs for me made sure to inspect each one (50 ct!) and they did a great job. I’m super happy with my purchase and I’ll for sure come back here for more when my supply runs out.
