Learn how to use your coloured pencils with finesse as we created beautifully embellished floral pages. This class introduces a subdued coloured pencil approach to adding botanical details to your calligraphic pages. Students will be working with white or light-coloured florals along with their pointed pens to design these stunning pages. Learning how to see the shadows and highlights of white and light-coloured petals will help you build confidence in your coloured pencil drawings. The pointed pen micro designs that border the florals are easy to integrate and can be adorned with 23K gold leaf as an option. This class is open to any skill level but is specially aimed at the student who wants to improve coloured pencil expertise. Faber Castell Polychromos Coloured Pencils are recommended for this class, but you can start with the supplies you have. Let’s bring these delicate pages to life together.
