We will explore the wonders of negative painting, incorporating letters and text to create some contemporary pieces. Working with various letterforms we will apply them to our pieces by a variety of methods. Working with skeleton letters and slowly building up the layers of letters and color we will design backgrounds. Then we will add the final element, your choice of text in a monoline or script hand. We will have access to Padlet to share our work with each other along the way. Register early to obtain information on pre-class preparation! Early discount until 12/13/25.
